Many guests say the RV feels surprisingly spacious, cozy, and fully stocked with everything they need to relax. We are pet-friendly (pet fee is $20 or less). We ask that the person booking the RV be at least 21 years of age due to the nature of the property and RV features. We have two little ones and an outdoor kitten, so you may occasionally hear or see them playing near the front of the property. There may occasionally be other guests staying the adjacent wellness studio. Other things to note The RV comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests in the two bedrooms. A 6th guest may sleep on the dinette bed conversion in the dining area. Linens and pillows can be provided upon request for the dinette setup. Instructional videos are available to help with setup and RV features. The property and RV operate on a solar-powered system. In the event of a power outage, lights and appliances should remain functional. Please note the AC does not run on solar power, while heat operates on propane. The land is fully fenced. Guest access We occupy the main house at the front of the property so feel free to contact us if you need anything during your stay. We have two littles and an outdoor kitten. You may hear or see them playing near the main house. Land may have other campers staying in their RVs. Other things to note The RV has two bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 5 guests. A sixth person can stay in the RV by staying in the dining area on the dinette that converts into a bed. Linens and pillows can be provided upon request but guests will have to convert the dinette into a bed. Please see instructional videos for a how-to. The property and the RV is solar powered. However, the AC does not run on solar (heat runs on propane). If in the event the power does go out, the lights and the appliances should still be functional. Land is completely fenced in.
