Whether traveling for leisure or business, Blue Pearl is your home away from home. It is centrally located but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It is just a short distance from stores, restaurants and entertainment. The space Beautiful, spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms located in the quiet residential area of Carmichael Meadows, Western area. This adjoined house sits on an enclosed property with electronic gate access. There is a covered porch out front with a small seating area for casual conversation or sipping your morning tea. Rental additionally includes a queen size pull-out couch, fully equipped kitchen, Air conditioning throughout, smart TVs and wifi. There is also a Washer and Dryer but is only accessible for an additional cost. Guest access There are only 3 locked areas in the house, which include a linen closet, a private storage room, and the laundry room. The laundry room can be accessed, however, at an additional cost. Other things to note Your hosts are very flexible and accommodating individuals. We have a no event rule but are lenient to small gatherings for birthdays, game nights, and other celebrations.
