The house is located conveniently 7 miles from Middlebury. It offers views of Vermont farm land. The property has three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is a deck off the backside that can be enjoyed in the warmer months. The yard is not fenced in so pets or young children would need to be supervised while outside. The house gets great afternoon sun that floods in through the bay window in the living room. We enjoy the beauty of looking out to the fields where you can occasionally spot deer or wild turkeys. Guests do not have access into the garage on the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard and house. There are wildlife that roam through the fields. Please be respectful and do not feed wildlife. We have a washer and dryer in the property. Please do not put heavily soiled items in the washer. If you need to wash items that are heavily soiled please contact us. We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay. This home is located on a main road in Vermont. There are neighbors across the street. Surrounding the property are fields and old farms. There are not sidewalks on this road and it is not suitable for walking. If you are looking for walking paths the TAM trails through Middlebury are great for walking or running. The home is located on a public road. There is not public transportation that runs in this area. The setting is rural and requires that guests have their own transportation to the location. The road does not have a wide shoulder and is not suitable for walking or riding a bike. This property is located in a rural area. We have set up WiFi but do not offer cable television.
