Everything is new, including all the furnishings! The condo is in a suburb of Memphis named Germantown. Germantown borders Memphis. Ideal for corporate exec's on contract terms, students and nurses! Even for folks relocating to Memphis but unsure of where exactly to be. We love Memphis and want your short stay here to be all things Memphis! The space The condo is open and spacious and offers a balcony. New furnishings and super convenient to everything! Community pool available as well as any parking space not in a blue circle. Guest access Parking is available right outside the condo and is always open. Other things to note No pets and smoking of any kind - any smoking will be cause for termination of stay and no refunds will be given.
