3-room apartment at the gates of Metz

A independant apartment immersed in nature and very close to the city. Whatever your desires, everything is easy to reach: nature, cities (Metz, Nancy, Luxembourg) or relaxing on the terrace in the shade of the trees... With fiber and a dedicated office area, connecting with your office will be a pleasure. The space The flat has 3 rooms: the living room/kitchenette, the bedroom and a 3rd library/study room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for those who prefer a firm mattress. There is also a bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. Guest access Travelers are always welcomed by Nelly (no key box). They have access to the entire garden level of a house (independent from the rest of the house). Three bedrooms + one bathroom, all opening onto a large terrace surrounded by greenery. Access is via a sloping driveway Other things to note If you have a specific request, such as the preparation of 2 beds for only 2 travelers, please ask us in your booking message (surcharge 15€). A mandatory cleaning fee of €25 is payable on arrival.
