It is only about 150 meters to the nearest beach exit and thus to the Baltic Sea. A lawn and a barbecue area are available to all guests of the house on the property. Shopping, doctors and pharmacy, restaurants and cafes, the 170-meter-long pier and the Haffplatz with its  marina - everything can be easily reached on foot.
