These can be turned into 2 single beds if required, making them perfect for larger groups. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share the main bathroom on the middle floor, while bedrooms 3 and 4 both have en-suites. The 4th bathroom is a WC on the ground floor. There is a sofa bed in Bedroom 1 along with the super king, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa beds sleep 1 person each. For bookings of 7 nights or less, a hold will be put on your card. For longer bookings, we require the deposit amount in full. **Linen Fee:** The linen fee is set at £20 per booking. This is for 4 people, at a cost of £5 each. For bookings of more than 4 people, there will be an additional charge of £5 per person, which will be billed at check out along with the return of the deposit. **Further Info:** The driveway has room for 2 cars.
