Country house with private pool

Our country house is 8 km from the town of Baugé, on the edge of the Chandelais forest. It has a large plot of 2000 m2, a private sheltered swimming pool (May to September) and a courtyard to fully enjoy the outdoors. It can accommodate 6 to 8 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will also have a fitted and equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with a sofa bed, and a small lounge. The space - Easy access along the Baugé road, Le Guédeniau. - Fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer compartment, ceramic hob, hood) - Living/dining room with sofa bed and TV. (possibility of 10 beds in total) - Small living room with books and games - 3 bedrooms: . a first bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite shower room (bed 140*190) . a second mezzanine bedroom upstairs (140 x 200 bed) . a third bedroom upstairs (two beds of 140*190) - a second shower room on the ground floor Outdoors: - a large plot of 2000 m2 - unheated but sheltered private pool (the shelter is not removable) accessible depending on the weather from May to September - courtyard with kitchenette - barbecue Guest access The private pool is exclusively reserved for you. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of 7 nights or more.
