Our cozy 2 bedroom guest house with king beds, A/C, hot tub, & private outdoor space w/gazebo and fire pit is the perfect place to call home and make memories during your visit to the Cook Forest/Clear Creek State Park area. Nestled on 66 private wooded acres, the guest house has been carefully curated to provide you with all the comforts and conveniences you need to enjoy your stay The space Bedroom Space - Each of the two bedrooms have king size beds with linens, Smart TV's, ceiling fan, and blackout curtains. Bedroom #1 has a chair and lamp perfect for curling up with a good book. Kitchen Space - The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything guests need to prepare their own meals. Kitchen also has all major appliances; gas stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Smaller appliances; blender, crockpot, tea kettle with tea bags, Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods are also provided for guests convenience. Kitchen has an island with seating for 3. Dining Space - Dining area has seating for 6 with an extra side table that seats 3. Additional seating can also make a perfect workspace. Baskets in dining area have various board games, playing cards, books, and magazines for your enjoyment. Living Space - Living room has a sofa bed with a queen size memory foam mattress, and bedding, Living room also has 2 chairs, end tables and a Smart TV. Bath Space - Bathroom has a new 5' shower with showerhead mounted high for taller guests. The light over shower has a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your favorite music while you take a shower, The Kohler toilet has a soft close lid and the Amish made 48" vanity also has soft close drawers with a stylish above counter porcelain ceramic sink. Guests will love the convenience of having an outside door from the bathroom to the hot tub and firepit area. Outdoor Space - Can you say relaxing? The outdoor space at Whitetail Wilds Hideaway is just that! Guests private patio has a 6 person hot tub with lounger, propane gas grill (propane is provided) with grilling utensils, private pavilion with curtains, mosquito netting, outdoor dining set for 6, bistro set with seating for 2, fire pit w/chairs (1st and 2nd night firewood provided - a $30 value), and private yard space that is all situated on 66 wooded acres for guests to explore at their leisure.
