Guest understands and agrees that this reservation constitutes a temporary lodging arrangement only and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship, leasehold interest, or rights of tenancy under any local or state housing laws. The Guest is considered a temporary occupant or lodger under California Civil Code §1940(b).
