Located at a peaceful and well developed neighborhood, this one-story single family house can host 8 guests. Warm and cozy, the house is close to places like Sea World, Medical Center, UTSA, and Six Flags. A 5-minute drive takes you to two Walmart and H.E.B stores. Newly upgraded, the house has all new furniture, new beds and mattresses of super good quality. Beddings, blackout window treatments and washer and dryer are also new. A huge deck at the backyard is the place to enjoy birds chirping. The space This one-story single family home has three bedrooms (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Single beds), a large sitting room, kitchen and dinning areas, two full baths, a garage, and a backyard with a big deck. It is in a very nice, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. Recently upgraded, the house is equipped with all brand-new furniture and new washer/dryer. The open concept of the floor plan makes communication easy and convenient for guests in the sitting room, dinning area, and the kitchen. The light color for walls and furniture gives a pleasing feel and creates a warm environment. The multiple ceiling lights add extra brightness to the interior. You can comfortably sit in the sofa watching your favorite shows on TV. We have Prime and Netflix programs provided for you, in addition to programs you've subscribed. In the kitchen area, you'll find cooking utensil you need in the cabinets and drawers. Coffee and coffee mate are provided as well. We hope you love the new dinning table and chairs, the area that well connects the sitting room and kitchen. The house can host a family of 6 or three couples. All the three rooms, stylish designed, have brand new bed sets including high quality mattresses. There is an en-suite full bath in the master bedroom where you also find a TV. Outside the master bedroom, an office area is available for use. Hope you like the little space. The second bath has a new sink and toilet, a clean spot for your convenience. We have recently painted the garage and made it a clean place for exercises. We're still in the process of searching for suitable equipments and machines for the space. There we put new washer and dryer very easy to operate. Finally, the backyard is featured by a huge deck that is under the shade of oak trees most of the day, a place to enjoy not only coffee or tea, but birds chirping and squirrels dancing as well. We enjoy interior upgrading and love to make the house stylish, elegant, and pleasing. So, we painted wide stripes in the sitting room and installed 9 ceiling lights to make the space bright, warm, and cheerful. The dining area adjacent to the sitting room has the same tone. The light cream color of the table and chairs echos the color of the stripe and makes the sitting room more cheerful. For the master room, it is white and light gray in tone that gives a calming feel. The second room has a warm tone that you will love immediately. The third room has two new single beds with12 inch new mattresses. We used pale green color for the theme wall that looks so soothing to eyes, particularly with a large art of landscaping on the wall that matches the room just so well. We also have a Queen size mattress for another two persons. It's foldable and easy to extend it for your use. This is a well developed area with types of shops nearby and yet a very quiet community. It is very close to Sea World, and about 10 minutes the San Antonio Medical center. Easy access to the highway and different local roads to choose from if you want to avoid highway in traffic hours. Guest access Guests can enjoy the whole house during their stays. Other things to note This is a well developed area, an ideal place for homes. So, it is very quiet and neighbors are friendly.
