We host an Air bnb on one side, (Unit A), for guests like you...and host a wonderful long term tenant in Unit B. Behind the bungalow, you will share parking area (you have 2 spots), a small backyard, and a gas grill under the live oak trees.. The rest of your accommodations are completely private...like a one bedroom townhouse — The covered back porch is yours alone, along with use of 2 bicycles for rides downtown! We live just 8 minutes away, and we love to sneak over when our property is unrented and take the bikes for a spin downtown ourselves...and pretend we are on vacation too! The residential streets are lovely and the folks are so friendly! You and your comfort are our top priority! Other things to note This 1950 duplex boasts a fully stocked kitchen—Right down to placemats and a charcuterie board! However, it does not have a dishwasher. This duplex was built in 1950, so the wall dividing the apartments was built to the building standards of that time. That's why we like quiet guests and ones that will honor our House Rules of no music inside or outside after 10 pm. Thank you in advance!
