Summer in OOB is back! Enjoy 7 miles of golden sands only a short walk away. OOB is the perfect family getaway and a jumping off point to many of Maine’s other amazing attractions. The suite is recently renovated with off street parking and a private entrance. We have all the amenities you’ll need for your vacation including ACs in each room as well as beach gear. Relax in the luscious garden or grill on the patio.Peaceful neighborhood, 10 mins to beach, 15 to pier and Old Orchard street. The space Light and bright! Large open plan dining/living room area, two cosy bedrooms with large windows looking out to the luscious green garden below. Modern and clean shower room to wash away the salt after a day at the beach. Large patio with dining table and a gas grill for outdoor summer evenings. Space for two mid sized cars to park off street. Other things to note Pets - please provide details of the pet you will be bringing during the booking request and add them to the booking. Pets must be house trained or crated, up to date on all vaccinations and be on flee/tick prevention. Pets with separation anxiety cannot be left alone on the property - no exceptions. Pets must not be left alone in the suite for an extended period - a few hours whilst out for a meal is fine but no more than that. If excessive howling or barking is reported due to a pet being left alone in the suite, the owners will be asked to return to the property immediately and the animal will not be permitted to be left unattended at the property for the remainder of the trip - noise complaints from neighbours are taken very seriously. Please bring bedding for your animal.
