This stylish place to stay is perfect for family trips. The layout of the house is ideal for families of up to 4 people. In an unbeatable environment where the little ones can enjoy the freedom to play in the villages and for adults to relax and disconnect. A multitude of activities such as: karting, horseback riding, Sella descent, beaches, restaurants and all the necessary services less than 10 minutes away. The space Our Casa Cándida vacation home was built in stone and completely renovated with great taste and style between 2019-2020 to provide maximum comfort and interior comfort. It is oriented to the east on its main facade although it is accessed from the opposite side of the house. In front of the house there is a parking area for one car, and you can also park in the surroundings of the village as long as you do not obstruct the neighbors' passage. At the entrance we will find a small porch behind which we access the house through the hall, after which we will see on the right the spacious and fully equipped dining room-kitchen with a dining table for 4 people, all the kitchenware and dishes, blender, Italian coffee maker and capsules (DeLonghi Dolce Gusto), dishwasher, island with ceramic hob, electric oven and extractor hood. Next is the staircase to go up to the upper floor and the staircase to go down to the double-height living room with a large window overlooking the garden and the mountain, Wi-Fi and Smart TV as well as a nice and decorative fireplace. At the end of the living room, there is a door that connects directly to the garden where there is outdoor furniture, a gas barbecue, and the laundry room. Retracing our steps, we'll take the staircase that will take us to the upper floor where we'll find a double room with a 180cm bed, TV, large closet and a large and bright bathroom with a shower. The double room is connected to another double room that is accessed through 4 steps and where we will find a 135 cm bed, TV, closet and armchair bed. Guest access It is oriented to the east on its main facade although it is accessed from the opposite side of the house. In front of the house there is a parking area for one car, and you can also park in the surroundings of the village as long as you do not obstruct the neighbors' passage. Free Wi-Fi, hot water by aerotherm, heating by individual electric radiators as well as sheets, towels and blankets are offered throughout the house for our guests. A crib can be requested upon request and a supplement of €5/night, as well as pets upon request and a supplement of €5/pet and night. Other things to note The house is distributed over 3 floors: - On the central floor, which is accessed from the street, we find the hall, dining room-kitchen and access to two staircases (one descending and the other ascending) - Taking the descending staircase, we will reach the living room and the garden - Taking the ascending staircase we will access the main double bedroom, the bathroom with shower and, connected to the main room, would be the second double bedroom which is accessed by 4 steps from the first room Free Wi-Fi.
