This gorgeous studio apartment boasts all the amenities you need to live the SoCal lifestyle to the fullest. As soon as you step inside, you will feel right at home. The spacious and comfortable king bed is the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring the area. And with the ocean just down the block, you can wake up and walk right out to see some of the most stunning ocean views! The studio unit features one bathroom that is clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the essentials. There is also a charming, private backyard patio where you can enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather! With heating & AC from a mini split unit, you'll stay comfortable all year round, no matter what the weather brings. With a shared washer and dryer located in the garage, you'll never have to worry about finding a laundromat. Hermosa Beach is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in the Los Angeles area, and it's easy to see why. With its perfect weather, gorgeous beaches, and vibrant nightlife, this area has it all. Take a stroll along the famous Hermosa Pier, or relax on the sandy shores of the beach. You'll find plenty of local restaurants, cafes, and shops to explore, and the nearby Pacific Coast Highway makes it easy to venture out and explore even more of Southern California. Please note that there are some shared walls because the unit is in an apartment building. Although we have made efforts to reduce sound transfer, there may be some sound transfer from neighbors. Amenities: - 1x King size bed - Kitchenette with Stove Cook top, Mini Fridge, Microwave & Pour over coffee station - Smart TV - There is a designated parking spot measuring 7’6" in width and 14’ in depth for 1 vehicle. (driveway) Property Notes: -This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Hermosa Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking -We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily. This is a first floor unit. Other things to note Guests must climb stairs to reach the level of the house where the bedroom and patio are located. Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance. No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation. Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners. We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies. We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply. NOTE: Please be aware that this unit may include shared walls with neighboring units, which may result in some occasional noise transfer. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all, we have designated quiet hours from 10pm-8am, and we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of their neighbors during their stay. We also have a handheld steamer to fulfill your ironing requirements. Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases. We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.
