The space 🛏️ The apartment features one double bed, one sofa bed and a baby cot, ideal also for families with children. 🧺 Full bed linen provided, including sheets, blankets and extra pillows for maximum comfort. 🚿 Bright bathroom with window, equipped with shower box, full sanitary facilities, hairdryer and shower gel. 🧳 There are practical custom storage spaces, perfect for organizing personal belongings and luggage. 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, cutlery, moka pot and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Guest access The flat will be completely at your disposal together with the private terrace and the garage. Other things to note In accordance with Law 431/1998, the apartment is offered only as a rental and not as a hospitality structure. Therefore, we cannot provide extra services typical of hotels or B&Bs, such as: • breakfast or meals • cleaning or linen change during the stay • reception service or luggage storage 📄 As a private rental we do not issue invoices, but we can provide a non-fiscal receipt for the rental amount upon request. To make your stay comfortable, we provide: 🧖‍♂️ 1 face towel and 1 bath towel for each guest aged 7+ (domestic use) ☕ Salt, sugar and coffee 🧻 2 rolls of toilet paper 🍽️ Dish soap, sponge and dish towel 🧼 Hand soap and single-use shower gel sachets 👶 Travel cot with mattress and bed linen (on request before check-in) 🧂 Dishwasher salt (if available) 🔄 Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests in the booking. If you need more, please inform us before check-in. ❌ Not provided: Oil and spices Cleaning products such as floor detergents or laundry detergents ✔️ A broom and mop are available. 🐾 Pets are not allowed. 🕒 Check-in and apartment access Check-in is available from 15:00 to 21:00. We try to allow early arrivals, but we can only confirm shortly before: 👉 If there are no bookings the night before, we can confirm the evening before. 👉 If there are guests, we can confirm only the same morning, depending on how the apartment is left.
