Backyard ideal for hanging out with a glass of wine or just reading a great book.... Guest access Entire unit plus the top half of the backyard... includes the seating area in photos. We do provide on-site parking, but it's easier to park on the street because the driveway is long and narrow and difficult to park in. If you need the driveway for any reason, or if you have luggage or heavy items, by all means pull up to the garage at the top of the driveway by the unit... or text Tom if there is a car in the driveway. Other things to note We respect everyone's privacy but are happy to interact as much or as little as you'd like. The kitchen has the basics: a small skillet, a medium pot with a cover, a cutting board, a strainer, a large glass salad bowl, a tea kettle, a coffee pot, a toaster, and basic utensils. There’s also a French Press for coffee (coffee not provided). If you need something additional, there’s a specialty kitchen store on Main Street or one of the stores in town (Rite Aid, CVS, Fircrest, Fiesta Market, Safeway) One last note, which sometimes gets lost in translation...there is heat but no air conditioner. There is a fan in the bedroom. It is typically cool in the evening in Sebastopol, even during the summer. However, on certain summer days, it's hot, and if you're hanging out in the Airbnb, you might be a little warm. Most people aren't coming here to hang out in the unit, but just wanted to let you know. We had one guest who thought the heater provided air conditioning, which is why this note. One last item, and sorry for the legalese: No Third-Party Services Permitted: For the safety, privacy, and comfort of all guests and neighbors, no third-party services (including chefs, masseuses, photographers, etc.) may be booked or performed at the property without prior written approval. Any violation may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
