VILLA ALBA - seaside villa (R0942)

Terraced house by the sea in Porto Corallo-Porto Tramatzu. 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a small terrace overlooking the sea. Pre-arrival cleaning fee of 60 euros. Accommodation tax included. Surcharge of €20 per night for the 5th guest. Breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, and dinner are available right in front of the house at the village bar. A bathing establishment is a 5-minute walk away, and there are numerous beaches. Ring trails start from the house for walks with a sea view. There is no Wi-Fi network. The space The entrance to the villa is on the terrace with a strip of garden. As soon as you enter, you will find the living room with a kitchen, a dining table for 6 people, and a sofa bed. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, complete dish service and glasses, always for 6 people. The bathroom is small with a single shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Possibility to wash your clothes thanks to the presence of the washing machine. The two double bedrooms are both sea view: the larger room has a large wardrobe with doors and drawers, the smaller room has a smaller wardrobe and a French window overlooking a strip of garden overlooking the sea. All rooms have air conditioning. The house is perfect for families who want to enjoy a quiet holiday; at the same time, it is perfect for groups of friends who want to discover this island by moving among the most beautiful beaches in the southeast. Guest access You can park your car in the village’s free parking lot: since it is free and open (not guarded), sometimes you will find a parking space right in front of the house, and other times a little further away (200 meters). Don’t worry, there’s always room for everyone! :) Keeping the Vidha bar on your right, facing the sea, you will find stairs right behind you. Two flights of stairs, and on the right, you will find Villa Alba (the second villa on the right). Other things to note Accommodation taxes included in the price. Cleaning fees €60.
