Modern Upstairs Bedroom

We are a proud LGBTQ family listing 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in our two-story home located in a quiet neighborhood in SW Champaign. The bedroom and bathroom are on their own side of the upper-level of our home. This listing is not suitable for first time Airbnb users and guests. We live here with our dog and 2 cats. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS (except for service animals) on our property. Unfortunately, the exception for a few has made it a strict ban for all. The space This rental is for one bedroom (BEDROOM #1) and a bathroom (PRIVATE BATHROOM) in the upper level of our home. Both the bedroom and the bathroom doors have privacy locks. BEDROOM #1 has a queen-size bed for two guests and a chaise lounge. We provided clean linens, towels, and a complimentary bottle of water for each guest. There is also a small refrigerator in the room. The home has a central HVAC system. We tend to keep the house between 68-72 degrees. Guest access The guests will have private, uninterrupted access to their private bedroom and bathroom. Since we live in the home, the kitchen, laundry room, and other spaces are usually not available for guest use. If you require access to these spaces for some reason, please communicate that with us in advance. During your stay We are available as needed, but we give guests as much privacy as they’d like. Other things to note Being as we do live in the home, we generally do not allow guests to spend time in other common areas. Please ask us in advance if you require access to these spaces for any reason. In addition, we do clean our own spaces for a modest fee. If the space requires deep cleaning upon your check-out, you may be responsible for a $75/hr. excessive cleaning fee.
