A more than 100-year-old farmhouse on Marøya located 50 meters from the waterfront. Only a 10-minute drive to Rørvik city center, but is still shielded from neighbors and view. Here there are opportunities for fishing from land, canoe/kayak, swimming or just quiet summer days. The house also has a small barbecue house that is available. A unique place with a lot of soul. Guest access The entire main house except for two small rooms and a barbecue house is available. Additional buildings such as garage, boathouse and firehouse are not to be used.
