Welcome to Great8 Farms!. Come and have an enjoyable stay in our private 8.5-acre Incredible farmhouse located in Princeton, TX. Sip your morning coffee with the beautiful sunrise view and the birds singing at our front porch “where wasting time is considered time well spent”. For getaway weekends, family reunions, and romantic night outs, this property has it all covered with 9 beds/2bath farmhouse, an in-ground pool and heated spa, and a huge outdoor living space to entertain large families. The space The property has 2 king beds and 1 queen bed (ideal for 6 adults), 2 bunk beds (sleeps 6 kids), and 1 daybed with trundle bed (sleeps 2 additional adults). If you are in the mood to catch up on your favorite programs, the property has two 75-inch Roku TVs(Use your own Netflix/Amazon account) Very spacious kitchen loaded with all the necessary essentials cookwares. The farmhouse is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi so you can always stay connected with the outside world, an outdoor pro-series grill, a basketball hoop, a backup power generator, Tornado shelter. Theater,Bar and game room space. Needs a separate booking. Our barn is located on the North side of the property. Our barn space is the perfect setting for relaxation and recreation.This space needs a separate reservation. The price is not included in the Airbnb nightly rate. Please check with the host for the pricing. Guests, can book this space for a day or two. The price changes accordingly. Guest access Only permitted guests will have access to all rooms, Front porch, pool , outdoor living space, Tiki bar and outdoor hangout zone. Guest are not allowed to enter the barn and visit the pond. Guest are not allowed to open the cabinets (marked as owners use only) that are dedicated to the owners. Visitors are only allowed to use outdoor space (except bathrooms) and allowed to stay at the property for a limited time. Other things to note Places of attraction: We are 20 minutes away from Historic downtown McKinney. Enjoy your day at Mckinney square, explore the shops, restaurants, farmers market etc.. Lavon Lake is a freshwater reservoir within 10 miles. A fun place for camping, fishing, boating, and other recreational activities. Allen Premium Outlets is within 20 minutes away. Lola’s local market is located in the upcoming city of Melissa is within 20 minutes. Note: Please note that the swimming pool has rock here and there. It is for decoration purposes only. The guests are NOT allowed to dive into the pool from the top of the rock. Disclaimer: We have 5 security/ recording devices in our property. Location of security devices/ cameras/recording devices: 1. Main gate - 1 no. 2. South side of the house/front drive way recording camera (1 no). 3. Pool area (two devices) on the north side and west side our north side camera will be switched off until check out time. 4. Ring door bell camera on the right side of the main door of the house. 5. Barn side video recording camera. Important note: Pool side camera will be switched off when guest are staying at our property for privacy reason. The camera will be switched ON after the check out time. If any problem reported during the stay the host can access the pool side camera to make sure things are under control. There are no camera/recording devices inside the house. We respect the privacy of our guest. We allow only 5 to 6 vehicles both during day time and night time to park in our property. We allow visitors if we have been given the prior notification when booking the house. We do not allow parties in our farmhouse. We allow maximum of 12 people to stay at our farmhouse . We allow two more guests for extra fee($100/night) to stay overnight. We do not allow unapproved visitors to visit our property. If the guests violate our house rule there will be an additional visitors fee. Illegal drugs are not allowed in our property. It is considered has violation. We do not allow our guests to bring any loud speaker to the property. We have pretty good outdoor loud speaker that you can use. All the check in instructions will be send to the guests before 24 hours before the check in time. Our Hot spa/tub is available all season. If the guest want to ON the hot tub by themselves then the host will share all the details with the guests.If the guest wants the host to turn ON the hot tub then kindly send the host a message on Airbnb to turn ON the hot tub. The hot tub is scheduled to run continuously for 5 hours at a time and then it will be switched off to avoid overheating. If you need the hot tub for more than 5 hours then ,after one half hour break you can turn the hot tub ON or I can turn it ON again .Our pool is not a heated pool. Our farmhouse is in the countryside you may see that the outside creatures finds its way in from time to time due to change in the weather condition. Keeping doors and windows closed always will keep the bugs and animals out and Please be aware of your surroundings. We always treat our property inside and outside with pesticide that are safe for humans.
