Lovely Lakeside lodge on Isis Lake in the Cotswold Water Park. This spacious property offers 3 bedrooms for family/friends or business people and enjoys breath-taking views over the lake, perfect in all seasons. Relax beside the lake or enjoy an abundance of leisure activities on your doorstep - water sports, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis etc also opposite to De Vere Hotel pool & spa. Wide range of village pubs within a few miles and the beautiful town of Cirencester within 5 miles. The space Trout View Lodge is a 3 storey Turret New England Style holiday home situated in arguably the best location on Isis Lake. It has recently undergone renovations including redecoration throughout, recarpeting and the addition of a showeroom/wc on the top floor. You can find sun or shade on the attractive enclosed wraparound deck all day long. It has a large dining table and chairs, 4 colourful American style deckchairs, a hammock and a gas BBQ. There is a snakes and ladder playmat which can also be used outside for the little ones. The Lodge has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with 3 patio doors opening onto the deck. This room is beautifully light and airy and has 2 beautiful sofas, a single recliner, a Farmhouse table and chairs, Sky TV and a box containing games/toys for all the family. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and has Fridge Freezer, Ceramic hob, Single oven, Slimline Dishwasher, Microwave and aTassimo Coffee Machine. The Washer/Dryer is in the Walk-in Pantry which offers plenty of storage. On the first floor is the Main Bathroom and the spacious Master bedroom with en-suite, plenty of clothes storage and a working area with desk and ergonomic chair . There is ample room for a travel cot too. On the second floor there is a large Double bedroom again with space for a cot and another bedroom with a triple bunk bed with a small double bed on the top and a 3 ft single bed below. All rooms have Lake views and these top floor bedrooms have child proof restrictors to the windows for extra safety. We have recently formed a 3rd shower room on the top floor too. A travel cot, high chair, changing mat and stair gates can all be supplied but please ask about cot bedding. Wi Fi and Sky TV Free Parking for 1 car directly outside the lodge. NB. Sadly this lodge is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are 3 steps to enter the property and there is no stair lift to give bedroom access. Guest access The whole house is for your sole use only during your stay Other things to note All activities on site are free and there are many activities to be enjoyed as aforementioned. The site has 3 lakes. Isis Lake is a trout fishing lake, and Windrush Lake is for coarse fishing and boating activities. A rod license is necessary to fish at these lakes but while you are staying at our lodge we can give you the use of two fishing passes free of charge. Please note that dogs must be kept on a lead on this development to protect wildlife but there are many dog friendly places nearby where dogs can run free. This is a family home which we love and also love to share with others so please treat it with the respect it deserves as if it were your own. We will then delight in welcoming you back again and again. As we want our home to be enjoyed by all who come, although we are dog lovers, we appreciate that not everybody is, so we request that animals are kept downstairs (Stair gate available) and off the furniture. There will be an additional cleaning charge applied for pets as we wish to ensure that all pet hairs are removed for the next guests. One set of bed linen and towels for indoor use will be provided. Towels for external use can be provided for a small extra cleaning charge. You will find them in a laundry basket with a blue lid on the first landing.
