This stylish place to stay is perfect for 8 people. Price and duration negotiable on request Off season. The space Villa of 165 m2, located halfway between Aubeans and Vals les Bains. It consists of a large living room - kitchen, 2 suites each with their own bathroom, 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. All 4 bedrooms have fans to allow you to have peaceful nights, even in the middle of summer. In the garden, a swimming pool with shutter, a petanque court, deckchairs, not to mention a small unsecured hut in a tree for children. The view is omnipresent during the day and replaced by the stars at night! Please note that the maximum capacity is 8 people, including adults and children. No pets or parties allowed. Guest access The villa is completely privatized for you. For your comfort because you are on vacation, and for the sake of hygiene, the 4 Seasons concierge will welcome you, will have prepared the house with the beds made, and will take care of the cleaning at the end of your stay. You will pay them directly for their invoice at the price of €190, by check or cash. (This service is mandatory). You will also give them the security deposit of €2,000 upon arrival, (check, cash or transfer in advance). The deposit will be returned after the departure inventory, unless there is damage.
