The space Perfect for groups this apartment (Unit #1 at The Beach House) makes up the entire first floor of our home on Talbot St and includes 4 bedrooms and 3 baths for a maximum sleeping capacity of 10-12 guests. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and private bath, bedroom 2 a queen bed plus bunk bed and bathroom that is accessed from bedroom or living room. Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds and bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Also included is a kitchen, private rear deck, and parking for 4 cars in a row. Located in downtown just a short walk to everything OC has to offer this is one of the best locations in Ocean City.(The upstairs of the house is a totally separate 1 bedroom apt also available for rent) Although we gladly rent to families our units are more well suited for younger groups. We try very hard to keep our units very clean and in good shape but they are older places and do take a considerable amount of wear and tear each year. If you are overly picky and/or used to 5 star hotels, this is not the place for you. All guests must bring your own sheets, towels, and paper products. Also, this is a pet friendly unit. We allow 1, under 50 lb, quiet, house broken, and non aggressive pet per unit with prior approval. All groups must be calm, quiet and respectful at all times.
