Fantastically located house with its own jetty 5 meters from the terrace, where you can hop on a SUP or swim a lap in the canal. Very charming house located in a unique maritime resort with 7 islands and harbors with large sailing ships that come in from the sea via a large lock which is a sight in itself. There are a lot of facilities outside as well as inside. For example, mini golf, paddle tennis, swimming pool, fitness, sports hall with badminton, table tennis, football, etc. Short distance to the sea with good beaches. Lots of good hikes. The space The house looks new and nice. It is on 2 floors with a bathroom, living room and kitchen in the ground plan as well as with a large terrace on both sides of the house, so you can always find sun or shade as needed. On the first floor there are 3 enclosed rooms. There is a drawing/activity table in one room with a 140 cm bed + bunk bed. The second room has a closet wall and a 140 cm bed. The last room has a large double bed (180 cm). Guest access You have the entire home as well as outdoor areas and various activities that belong to Øer holiday town Other things to note There are many common activities that may be used by the household. Swimming pool, tennis and paddle tennis cost a symbolic amount because you have to book courts. Mini golf, bouncy cushion, SUP board, cool playground, petangue, fitness, ball courts are free to use and there are clubs + balls for mini golf in the shed.
