It is fully stocked with owner-tested tools for group meals, including: Appliances: Industrial microwave, Crock-Pot, food processor, blender, and electric kettle. Coffee Bar: Keurig machine and French Press provided to start your morning right. Pantry Essentials: We provide the spices, oil, and cookware needed so you don't have to buy basics. Living & Entertainment: The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sectional and a tech-ready entertainment system. Streaming Included: Enjoy the Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV, Prime included (no need to log in to your own accounts). Bedrooms & Sleep: We strictly use high-quality cotton sheets and hotel-grade linens, professionally laundered between every stay. Primary & Guest Rooms: Outfitted with premium mattresses and blackout options for a perfect night's sleep. The Loft: An additional cozy sleeping area with convertible futon, accessed by stairs, perfect for older children or extra guests. Guest access Access & Privacy You have exclusive access to the main house and the fully fenced backyard. Parking: Off-street parking for 2 cars, including a Level 2 EV charger (free to use). Note on Neighbors: There is a detached unit on the property with a long-term tenant. They use a shared side gate for entry but do not have access to your backyard or amenities. Your privacy is structurally maintained. Other things to note Gear Storage: To maintain the pristine cleanliness of the home, hard outdoor goods (skis, snowboards, poles, dirty hiking boots) must be stored in the provided secure locker in the backyard. Please do not bring hard equipment inside the house. Sleep Standards: We only use high-quality cotton sheets and hotel-grade linens and pillows. All bedding is professionally laundered between every stay.
