Full-sized sofa bed in the living room. Private entrance from front porch. Enjoy this clean and quaint nook! The space We have thought of everything you could need for a great stay in Indianapolis. From beautiful decor to plush mattresses, you will be staying in comfort while visiting our great city. The upgraded kitchen is equipped with all the cooking essentials including basic cooking oils and spices. Our bathrooms have towels for each guest and some other essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up remover cloths. We provide blackout curtains, a portable fan, sound machine, iron, and ironing board. While we're child friendly, we are not child-proofed. We have a pack n play available upon request. We also have a portable cot available for rent for additional guests. We have a No Smoking/Vaping and No Parties policy. We do not allow pets. We charge a $200 fee for specialized cleaning if any of these policies are disregarded. Guest access You are renting a private apartment inside a 10-unit apartment building. This apartment is on the first floor with a private exterior entrance. Your apartment is equipped with a smart lock, and you'll use an access code that's unique to your reservation.
