Here you can cool off in a lovely pool, relax in the jacuzzi and eat from the barbecue under the pergola in a secluded location with a huge terrace (with built-in speaker system!). The house is surrounded by a rippling pond and greenery. Large fenced plot (perfect for you with children/dog). The house was expanded in 2025 to get larger areas! Pool June-Sept. Amazing beaches and hiking around the corner as the whole of Söderåsen is right on the doorstep! Cleaning fee applies. Other things to note 3 bedrooms, 6 beds in the house and 1 bedroom, 2 beds in the guest house on the property. Large dining area and living room for social gatherings, since the house was built at the end of 2025. Note: It is not allowed to bring your own speaker, with regard to respect for neighbors, the noise is limited on the terrace for our rental to work for other residents in the villas around. Pool running June-September Jacuzzi running year-round We provide hand soap, dish soap, small towels (for hands) and kitchen towels as well as a few toilet rolls as well as a couple of dish tablets but please note that this is not replenished during your stay so bring extra. Guests bring their own basics such as spices, oil and other for cooking. Bed linens and towels are available to borrow for a fee of EUR 10/ person.
