Seafront Apartment Dora

Apartment Dora is a newly renovated apartment in the center of a beautiful family resort Podgora. In front of the house 20 meters away is the central beach, the main food store, and the promenade with bars and restaurants. The apartment is approximately 100 square meters with 3 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms with air conditioning + TV Netflix) and 1 single bedroom (no TV), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with air conditioning and a dining area, a living room with TV Netflix and a 12 meters long balcony. The space In the apartment there are 2 master bedrooms. The first one has a king size bed, a wardrobe, two night stands, a flat screen TV with Netflix, air conditioning and a commode for your luggage. The second master has a king size bed, a wardrobe with safe, two night stands, a flat screen TV with Netflix, air conditioning, a commode for your luggage and a makeup vanity and an exit on the balcony. In the middle of the two masters is situated the small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The master bathroom has a double sink, a huge shower, a bide and toilet, and washing machine. The third bedroom is with a single bed, a night stand, a relaxing chair and open closet with exit to the balcony. The apartment has a 12 meter long hall and with a door we separate the bedrooms and bathrooms from the kitchen and living room. The kitchen is quite spacious with a dining area and air conditioning. In the kitchen you will find: fridge, oven, microwave, ice maker, Phillips Latte to go coffee machine, a cattle, and all the utensils necessary for cooking and eating. The living room has two leather sofas, a commode with clean sheets and towels, a flat TV with local programs and Netflix and an exit to the balcony. Other things to note Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Bringing additional people into the apartment who are not included in the reservation is not allowed. Please do not leave small children unattended in the apartment. Babysitting children who are not registered as guests is not permitted, nor is bringing your children’s outside friends into the apartment. Failure to respect these rules may result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. One parking space is available for one car or a standard-size van.
