Cozy Pool House in the Country on 25 acres

The pool house is close to Muncie, Indiana and Ball State and Taylor Universities. We are also only about 5 miles from Barn on Boundary and have hosted several wedding parties. You’ll love our place because of the location, it feels like a secluded lodge. The timber frame structure is unique and has all the comforts of home. It has a very open floor plan and is very quiet and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (dogs). Gas grill Other things to note There is a single loft bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 twin beds. The house also has a couch, love seat, and a big comfy recliner. There is also a queen air mattress and pack and play. The Pool House is fully furnished with full kitchen, washer/dryer, and even a sauna. The kitchen has everything from cookware, dishes, gas range, etc. It is an ideal place to host a large gathering of family or friends. There are 12 folding chairs and 2 -6’tables.
