You are in the perfect spot to enjoy great restaurants, relax, enjoy an action-packed time on the slopes, skiing/boarding, hiking, and much more! ***THIS PROPERTY IS NOT PET FRIENDLY!*** The space King Sized Bed Sleeps 2 Spacious Bathroom with Large Shower Parking First Come First Serve with Parking Pass (please plan to bring one vehicle only, overflow parking is available at clubhouse if needed) Misty Mountain is a bright and spacious top-floor, end-unit studio condo with a large private balcony. Our condo features long-range mountain views and is located only a few hundred yards from Beech Mountain Resort. Visit the slopes to ski/board/mountain bike/or ride the lift up to 5506' bar with endless views! Our cozy condo is ready for your perfect time away! Enjoy the beautiful, fully stocked modern kitchen and plenty of comfy seating, including a unique little built-in bar. Misty Mountain has easy-access parking and many stylish touches throughout. There is a full bathroom with custom river rock tile. The master bed is a comfy King size and there is a cool little separate, private nook area! Enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee from our Keurig. We supply a variety for you to enjoy! There is unlimited Wi-Fi, a smart TV with a full cable line up and streaming services are available. We want you to come and relax, enjoy all our space has to offer, and just take in your time at the top of this beautiful mountain. ***There is a small flight of 5 steps to get to the upper floor where the unit is situated*** Laundry & trash facilities are available across the street at the Clubhouse on Village Road. (Each machine takes 4 quarters. Please bring exact change). WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS AT THIS CONDO AND WILL IMPOSE A $500 FEE FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED ANIMALS. Our condo is on Beech Mountain! What does this mean for you? In colder / snowy seasons: you WILL need snow tires or chains, and an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle. The weather on Beech can change in an instant, and we may not be able to accommodate adding extra days to your stay in inclement weather. Please ensure your vehicle is equipped properly for mountain driving in the snow. In warmer seasons: please watch carefully for wildlife. We have foxes, deer, and even bears on Beech! Do not leave any food or trash outside the condo. Do not leave food in your vehicles. Please drive carefully as we frequently see newborn deer crossing the roads in late spring / early summer. *** Please remember that we do get snow, rain, fog, and other occasional inconveniences that are out of our control here in the mountains. Winter weather can occur here from November through April. This property is accessed and maintained via a paved road and gravel parking area which may be icy or snowy during winter weather. For the safety of you and your party, please be prepared to drive in snow and ice. This means four-wheel drive, good tires, and possibly snow chains. It is your responsibility to be prepared for potentially hazardous road conditions. There will be no refunds, allowances, or date changes resulting from weather conditions out of our control. *** Guest access You will have access to all parts of the unit except the owner's cabinet located in the bathroom. Other things to note WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS AT THIS CONDO. We will enforce a $500 fee for any unauthorized pets. We are a 1-minute drive to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. Please note it is a slight grade (not steep) in the road if walk down to get there. If you choose to walk to the slopes in the winter, please exercise caution due to snow/ice. Due to year-round cooler weather (average 75 degrees in the summer), this unit does not have AC, which is common for many spots in this area. Guests can remain comfortable and cool with the use of a fan and opening the balcony door and windows in the summer to enjoy the mountain weather. This unit is part of a condo building. There is no assigned parking in this complex and a parking pass (provided at check in) is required. Our condo is on Beech Mountain! What does this mean for you?
