Very safe for walking around, 10 minutes from Tangolunda beach access The space The condo is located on the 3rd level with its private roof garden on the 4th level, which is accessed from the apartment by a spiral staircase. The 4th level can also be accessed by elevator. The interiors are bright and the apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows that make it feel very open and bright. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, and in the TV area the armchair converts into a double bed. The condo has fiber optic internet, Telmex provider and is not shared with other units. Guest access The pool area is for common use for the entire building. You can also use the Biulu hotel pool next to the building. It has a parking space for stays longer than 3 weeks. Those under 3 weeks can park in front of the property in the hotel parking lot Other things to note The reception of the Biulu hotel can assist you from 9 am to 9 pm. They will provide you with new water bottles (with an additional cost of 60 pesos, when you arrive you will have water in the condo), coolers for the pool, pool towels or any request you require in particular. Housekeeping is available at an additional charge of 500 pesos per day, requested via the platform or reception. Initial and final cleaning is included in the rate.
