You will enter a bright living room with two large windows. A large sofa with a television. Dining area The kitchen, equipped with plenty of storage, opens onto the living room with a large window. A hallway leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. A large storage closet and a separate toilet. One bedroom with a queen-size bed One bedroom/office with a queen-size sofa bed Access to the swimming pool is available, 900 meters away. You may also be able to use our swimming pool (on our premises) during your stay, depending on the hours available and agreed upon. We also own another vacation rental, LE PATIO, located on our property in St. Paul 3 Châteaux. We offer access by appointment only. 1 hour of free pool time for 2 nights booked. Extra hour: €5 / person / hour 4x8 meter pool, with steps/deck access, from 1.20 m to 1.40 m deep, salt-treated, solar-heated. No exceptions will be accepted, and a penalty of €200 (or deposit) may be applied if these rules are not respected. End-of-stay cleaning and linens are included in the service. However, if damage or excessive cleaning is noted upon departure, a supplement will be charged (+€50 minimum).
