You will enter a bright living room with two large windows. A large sofa with a television. Dining area The kitchen, equipped with plenty of storage, opens onto the living room with a large window. A hallway leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. A large storage closet and a separate toilet. One bedroom with a queen-size bed One bedroom/office with a queen-size sofa bed Guest access Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet Other things to note - Peace and quiet must be respected (we know our neighbors) - The number of guests must correspond to the number of people declared on the contract - No smoking, even with open windows!!! - Pets, even small and adorable, are not allowed. - Parties and gatherings with friends are strictly prohibited. No exceptions will be accepted, and a penalty of €200 (or deposit) may be applied if these rules are not respected. End-of-stay cleaning and linens are included in the service. However, if damage or excessive cleaning is noted upon departure, a supplement will be charged (+€50 minimum).
