It was completely remodeled in a Modern/Western aesthetic in 2022. It is fully stocked to meet all your needs. AC was added in 2024 With 11 acres, this farmhouse provides privacy and seclusion, yet is still an easy 8-minute drive to the west end of Cody, giving you the best of both worlds. The space You have planety of space in this large 3 bedroom house located on 11 private acres. You will likely see many friendly deer around the home in the mornings and evenings. The front door opens to a large open concept living space that leads directly into the kitchen. With a real leather sofa, cozy rugs, and wood burning stove, the living room is a great space for people to come together. Attached to this living room is a second living area that can double as a bedroom if needed (there is a pull out sofa). This is a great space for watching a movie in the evening and also has a dedicated work space with a desk for any remote work needs. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook for easy meals at home. There is also a table that seats 6 for larger family meals. The wrap-around porch allows for outdoor relaxation no matter the time of day and includes a large patio set. The master bedroom offers gorgeous views of the mountains and direct access to the porch. There are alos large french doors in the living room that allow easy indoor/outdoor living space access. The upstairs bedrooms are comfortable with closets in both and easy access to charging devices built into the night stands. Upstairs is an additional living room with a record player and a collection of vinyl. There is also a TV with a gaming system. It is important to note that these stairs are quite steep, and we request that you use the hand rails when using and supervise children on the stairs. Guest access The entire property will be at your availability. We do not recommend walking around in the alfalfa fields when it is tall and to be aware of the possibilities of snakes when outside in the brush. Other things to note There will be additional instructions on using the heating system, how to keep the space cool when it is hot out (there is no air conditioning but night time temperatures are usually quite cool), and other useful information in the house manual.
