The residential complex has amenities such as parks, a lake, swimming pool, barbecues, fire pits, and children's games. If you're looking for a destination that allows you to visit places of interest such as Querétaro, San Miguel de Allende, Tequisquiapan and cultural activities, this is the best option. Guest access Our guests can access all common areas, gardens, parks, children's games, clubhouse barbecues, fire pits, clubhouse terrace, and swimming pool. Pool hours are Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. On Mondays and Tuesdays, the pool is under maintenance. The username you can use is Cactus Azul. Please do not change the Netflix account 11) The garden is for your enjoyment, but we ask you not to use balls that could damage the walls, plants, and trees, or even break a window. The condominium has a children's playground, a park, and a recreational space to play with a ball. We invite you to visit it. 12) Lowering the terrace furniture to the garden is not allowed to prevent it from being damaged by the sun and water. 13) The garden has an automatic irrigation system that operates some or all days (depending on the season) from 10:30 pm. The irrigation system reaches the terrace, so it is important that no wooden furniture is left on the edge of the terrace to prevent it from being damaged. 14) We have a grill which we ask you to use on the grass. For the preparation of sausages, you can use the folding table in the laundry room. 15) We kindly ask you not to move the decorations found throughout the house. This facilitates the checkout process. 16) Please lock the door every time you leave the accommodation. Before you leave, please collect the trash and place it in the trash can located in the left side hallway of the property. 16) If you choose to rent the fire pit with the Adirondack chairs, please put out the fire and put on the protective covers when you finish your campfire.
