Guest access Our guests can access all common areas, gardens, parks, playgrounds, barbecues in the clubhouse, fire pits, clubhouse terrace and pool. THE POOL IS CURRENTLY UNDER MAINTENANCE Other things to note Property Regulations 1) Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited 2) Playing with balls in the garden is not allowed to protect the garden 3) Use of the fire pit has an extra cost of $800.00, which includes chairs and firewood. 4) For stays longer than one day, we ask that housekeeping be included with the reservation, which costs $400.00 per day. 5) The house can accommodate 6 people including children and adults. No parties or gatherings are allowed. If you receive visitors for short periods, please request authorization from the administrators so they can inform security. 6) Pets are not allowed. 7) This is a smoke-free house. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area inside the house. 8) No parties or gatherings are allowed on the premises. 9) Out of respect for our neighbors, loud music is not allowed after 11:00 pm. 10) The garden is for your enjoyment, but we ask that you not use balls that could damage the walls, plants and trees, or even break a window. The condominium has a children's playground, a park, and a recreational space where you can play with a ball. We invite you to visit it. 11) Taking the furniture from the terrace down to the garden is not allowed, to prevent it from being damaged by the sun and water. 12) The garden has an automatic irrigation system that operates some or all days (depending on the season) starting at 10:30 pm. The irrigation system reaches the terrace, so it is important that no wooden furniture be left on the edge of the terrace to prevent it from being damaged. 13) We have a grill, which we ask you to use on the grass. To prepare the barbecue, you can use the folding table in the laundry room. 14) We kindly ask you not to move the decorations found throughout the house. This makes the check-out process easier. 15. Please lock the door each time you leave the accommodation. Before you leave, please gather the trash and put it in the dumpster located in the left side hallway of the property. 16) If you choose to rent the fire pit with the Adirondack chairs, please put out the fire and put the protective covers on when you finish your campfire. 17) For stays longer than one night, it is mandatory to hire our cleaning staff for the entire duration of your stay, at a cost of $500.00 pesos per day.
