The space The house is a renovated old building. On 3 floors there is a modern kitchen with a kitchen island, gas stove and dining area as well as a living room with a piano on the raised ground floor. On the 1st floor there are 3 rooms and the bathroom with tub and shower. There is also 1 room in the attic. On the 1st upper floor is the rented room, about 19 sqm. The room is furnished (with a bed, desk, dresser, clothes rack, etc.). On this floor there is the children's room, a small storage room and the bathroom. My room is in the attic. Next to the entrance there is a guest toilet. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer, as well as a vaulted cellar and a cleaning room. If necessary, there is additional storage space in the extension in the undeveloped attic. There is a garage that is used as a workshop and where bicycles can be locked. Parking is possible in the vicinity without any problems and free of charge. The garden is manageable, with seating, there is a sauna in the garden and a greenhouse behind the house. The house is located in the village center of Wannweil, idyllically located on the Echaz and due to the location still with only a few neighbors around. Wannweil train station is a 1-minute walk away. A bus stop is right across the street. In Wannweil there is a bakery, a post office, Edeka, a farm shop, etc. Guest access You have access to all areas such as bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, garden, sauna, laundry room. Only my room and that of my child are not relevant, but also not locked. But you can still lock your room if you like. During your stay During your stay, I am your contact person and if I am not there, there is a representative or I am available by mobile.
