Sleeps 6 in Bedrooms - 4 additional sleeping spaces using 2 sofa beds in main living area. Only suitable for short stays / stop overs or groups with children. 10 adults is a squeeze. The space Ballyboy view is a newly renovated space on a working farm in the quiet rural area of Glenboy, 1.5km from Manorhamilton town. The farm is a sheep farm, with animals housed over winter months and eves with lambs at foot grazing in the grounds during the spring months. The farm also has 2 golden retrievers - off lead. Both dogs are young just over a year old, lovely, gentle, yet friendly family pets. House facilities: Modern kitchen, dining and living area. Kitchen comprises dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker, hob, microwave and washing machine. 2 comfortable bedrooms. 1 double room and 2nd room has triple bunk beds and single bed. 2 sofa beds downstairs for additional sleeping facilities. These 4 extra sleeping facilities are in the main living area, suitable for one night stop overs - not for long term stays. 6 people accommodated comfortably for long term stays. Oil central heating, solid fuel stove and mains hot water power shower. Situated in a popular area for walks and close proximity to local attractions like Glencar, Sligo, Bundoran, Enniskillen and Carrick on Shannon. Guest access Guest will have sole access to the Ballyboy View Annex and private outdoor area. Other things to note Ballyboy View is situated on a working farm, guest are reminded to keep out of the farmyard. A welcome pack is provided for all guests. In your welcome pack you’ll find teabags, Coffee, sugar, green tea, camomile tea bags, milk and biscuits. Long stay guests 3+ nights, you’ll also find brown bread, eggs, orange juice and a bottle of wine. A starter pack of Solid fuel is provided for the stove, matches, firefighters, kindling, sticks and turf/coal (Seasonal). Additional fuel must be provided by yourselves - stick bags etc are available at most garages and supermarkets.
