This updated 1950’s cabin offers the perfect weekend getaway or a full-on family vacation. The space **June-August weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday with 4pm check in and 10am checkout. AMENITIES Four-season ~ 1 level cabin Steps from the lake 3 bedrooms~queen beds 1 1/2 half baths Cozy gas fireplace Wi-Fi & Smart TV Breakfast bar & dining overlooking lake Screen porch w/bar & dartboard Private 30-foot dock Picnic table Gas grill-not available Nov. 1-Mar. 31 Fire pit w/free firewood Bean bag game Parking for boat or ATV trailer Two public boat launches nearby HOUSE RULES -Minimum age to rent the cabin is 25. -Photo IDs required for all guests staying at property. -No unregistered guests allowed~6 guests maximum. -Dog friendly. Dogs must be pre-approved with hosts before booking. LIMIT of 2 dogs please. Dogs must be leashed when outside & supervised in the cabin or crated if left alone. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture/beds so please bring a cozy pet bed for your furry friend. Guest is responsible for any damage done by their dogs. Guests must pick up after their dog. -Please no flushing of flushable wipes or personal hygiene items. The cabin is on a septic system. -Clean fish on outdoor table. Fish waste should be placed ziploc bags in the freezer. -No smoking -No parties or events -No fireworks. Fire allowed in fire pit only with provided firewood. -Boathouse roof is not to be used as a deck. -Grill: Turn off gas & cover after use -Trash: All trash must be bagged & tied before being put in outside trash bin. -Report any damage and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. -Costs for any notable damage or repair beyond reasonable, standard wear and tear will be assumed by guest. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, yard, and private dock (except boathouse roof, basement & garage). Other things to note Items to bring: -ice (no ice maker) -bug spray -sunscreen -coffee/tea/water (starter supply provided) Like many Wisconsin lakes, the Chetek Chain of Lakes experiences seasonal algae growth in July and August, which results in green water. While this does not impact fishing, boating, or jet skiing, guests who prioritize swimming may prefer earlier summer visits. This cabin is inspected and licensed annually by the Barron County Health Department.
