Designed in a modern-boho farm house theme and located 11 miles south of downtown Austin, Unit A, offers 2 large bedrooms with smart TVs in each, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with 65" smart TV, laundry room, carport and large fenced back yard. The space Both bedrooms offer premium quality queen beds (not the uncomfortable foam mattress toppers we often see) with smart TVs in each extra large room. Both rooms have at least 1 closet as well as a dresser to store clothes. The kitchen comes equipped with just about everything you would need to do at-home cooking during your stay. (microwave, range, oven, table service for 4 people, blender, instant boil pot, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker (with complementary coffee, sugar and creamer), spices, ice maker, dishwasher, kitchen table with 4 stools, and outdoor grilling accessories (gas grill outdoors). Laundry room has modern washer and dryer. Guests are provided with laundry detergent and dryer sheets - FREEOF CHARGE. Living room boasts a large 65" smart TV where guests can watch live TV as well as sign into all of their favorite streaming services without the need to sign out at the end of their stay. A wood burning fire place can be used during the winter months. The living room also has a robot vacuum which guests can use if they would like a daily floor refresh during their stay. The bathroom is on the smaller side, however, has a large countertop, sink, toilet, and bath/tub combo. There are towels (large, hand, and makeup) provided along with toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. The car port offers protection from the elements to 1 vehicle and the side entry door utilizes the same code as the front door for easy access to the property during inclement weather. The back patio area hosts a gas/propane grill and has all grilling accessories you may need. There is also a 4 person table with chairs and a large adjustable umbrella to escape the sun. 2 outdoor fans are included incase guests would like some airflow while relaxing outside. Tiki torches to keep mosquitoes away along with bug repellant are provided. The backyard is large and fenced! 1 large tree provides shade to about 1/3 of the yard. Guests are provided a pooper-scooper and dog relief bags; so no need to bring your own! Guest access Guests will be able to access all of Unit A EXCEPT for 2 small storage areas where extra host/cleaner supplies are stored, which is the hot water heater closet and under the kitchen sink. Other things to note Electric vehicle charging (on self provided outlet) incurs a $15/day fee. Early check in and late check out must be pre arranged.
