Renovated apartment, very cozy and quiet. Ideal for 4 people, with a very comfortable double bed, another single bed raised in a loft and a 100cm sofa bed. A great experience! Ideal for families. The space Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, oven, toaster, induction cooktop and everything you need for cooking. Full bathroom with a shower. We leave towels, shampoo and gel. Hair dryer. It has a cozy private patio terrace. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed, another single bed in a loft that is accessed by stairs and a sofa bed. It is a very unique and cozy space. Ideal for couples, families, friends, businessmen and women, travelers. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and it will be for their exclusive use. Other things to note I live in the house regularly. I will leave a large closet available for guest use. They can also use whatever is in the kitchen. (Coffee, tea, infusions, sugar, salt, oil, etc...) I believe in the collaborative economy not as a profit-making end exclusively but as a model of responsible and sustainable consumption.
