The Marley

The Marley is our spacious studioapartment in the back of our building. While it's build attached to our residence separated by a hallway, it is completely private with it's own entrance. This spacious room features a Queen-sized bed, a sofa bed, WiFi, and a Smart TV. A mini market is just a 5-minute walk away. We're also located less than 10 minutes drive from the city, beaches, Hipstrip and airport. Public transportation, Uber and InDriver are easily accessible. We offer transport for a fee. The space The Marley is located in our backyard and is connected to the back of our home. While it's attached to our residence, it is completely private with it's own entrance. This studio apartment features a queen-sized bed, Smart TV, bar table, chairs, AC, and a sofa bed, all in one large room. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, vanity, sink, and shower with hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic appliances and utensils. ------ To get to the front door you need to climb a short stairs. Please see pictures for reference. Guest access Entire apartment is yours Other things to note We are a guesthouse with 5 apartments and we live on the property. The apartment is fully private and sectioned of from all other units. Island wide we sometimes have unannounced water, electricity and internet disruptions/outages. Don’t worry they usually do not last long. For our guests and our convenience we have back up water storage. You will notice a low water pressure. In case of electricity disruptions we have solar outdoor lights and chargeable lights for inside. We don't have a backup generator We aim to be fully solar powered in 2025.
