Welcome to our GUEST SUITE in West Fort Collins! This modern studio is tucked away on a dirt road, giving it a private, country feel with the convenience of all the nearby city amenities. The West/Central location makes it the perfect home base to explore either the nearby mountains or the city. You’ll have quick access to CSU, the Spring Creek Trail, Horsetooth Reservoir, the Poudre River, Old Town and of course all the local breweries that make Fort Collins famous. We can't wait to host you! The space Nestled on a charming dirt road, this delightfully updated studio offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and privacy. GUEST SUITE: Please note that this is a separate guest suite that is located on our property and is attached to our home. With a private entrance, private fenced patio and no interior access to our home the space feels completely private. BEDROOM: Large, comfortable King bed with reading lights and charging stations located on the bedside tables for all of your electronics (just bring a cord!). BATHROOM: For the most carefree and relaxing stay possible, we provide the basic bathroom amenities so that you don’t have to worry about bringing them! The spacious ¾ bathroom includes a full closet with hangers for an extended stay and a washer and dryer to keep your wardrobe fresh. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash! KITCHENETTE: The kitchenette, though compact, is lightly stocked with all the essentials for making breakfasts, light meals, or heating up snacks and leftovers. We include a microwave, air fryer, toaster, blender, single burner stovetop and various utensils, cups and dinnerware for your convenience. We also provide a single serve Keurig, k-cups, creamer and sugar to start your day right! The two person table is perfect place for meals, games or working from a laptop. LIVING SPACE: Settle in for a relaxing evening on a delightful leather couch in front of the 55-inch Amazon TV. You can easily log in to your streaming accounts to pick up right where you left your favorite show or movie, or the reclining armchair with reading lamp is the perfect place to relax and read a book. Other things to note This is an entirely separate private guest suite that is attached to our home. There is one shared wall that has been additionally insulated for maximum noise proofing. There is no interior access to our home for a completely private experience! We have several friendly dogs, but they have their own space and will never be in yours!
