Very wide choice of activities on foot or by bike in the seaside resort of Bénodet and the Breton Riviera. So don't worry if you don't have a vehicle. Very rich cultural and musical activities in summer within a 15/20-minute drive. The space Recently thermally insulated, located on the ground floor, it consists of a large kitchen/dining room, a large bedroom, a living room/bedroom for 4 people, a bathroom, as well as a small veranda and outdoor terrace with furniture. Also access to shared backyard with lawn. Ideal for 4 people / best for a short stay (2 or 3 nights) for 5 or 6 people. Bedroom with 160x190 bed + 240x220 duvet + pillows with a rack + shelves. NB: the bed can be separated into 2x80cm (on request). Living room offering 2 to 4 beds possible with: - A 140 x 190 cm sofa bed + 200 x 200 cm duvet + 2 pillows, - One 80 x 200 cm bed that can be split into two 80 x 200 cm beds + 2 single 140 x 190 cm duvets + 2 pillows; Shelves behind the door in the living room. NB: optional household linen (sheets and towels) Guest access Entire apartment Other things to note Shared washing machine in the garage (access with key box)/drying rack and ironing board in the accommodation. Outdoor clothesline in the backyard. Stick vacuum cleaner. > Not being hotel professionals, for the sake of managing our 4 apartments (many beds), my husband and I have chosen not to include linens (sheets and towels). However, they can be provided on request, at an additional cost, either only the sheets (price/bed), or only the towels (price/person) or all of them. > The same applies to the cleaning service, being only 2, it is not technically possible for us to manage the entire cleaning of our 4 apartments at the same time without resorting to a concierge that would increase the price of the stay. However, this service may be provided occasionally as an extra on request for people who wish to do so (such as early departures due to a long journey). Cleaning supplies are available on-site.
