The cozy apartment is in a quiet location on the first floor of our residential building and can accommodate up to 4 people. It was newly renovated in 2022 and has its own entrance. There are many interesting excursion destinations in the surrounding area, such as the World Heritage Site Corvey Castle, which is about 10 minutes by car. The Weser Cycle Path is only 1 km away and the historic old town of Höxter is also a 15-minute walk. The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a living-bedroom with a pull-out sofa that can accommodate two more people. In the combined living/sleeping room there is also a small kitchenette with everything you need for self-catering, such as a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. For a cozy meal, there is a dining table for up to 4 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and towels and linens are available for our guests. For everyday needs, there is a baker, butcher, pharmacy, savings bank (10 minutes' walk), supermarket (12 minutes) and a Volksbank (13 minutes) in the immediate vicinity. The swimming pool is also within walking distance, 1.2 km away. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the house and 400 meters away at the Technical University of Ostwestfalen-Lippe.
