The kitchen is open to the living area that features entertainment options like an HD TV with Roku, a record player with various albums, board games, and an electric fireplace. The queen sleeper sofa allows the condo to sleep up to 4 guests. The bedroom has an upholstered queen size bed, a spacious closet for storing your clothing, and extra sheets, pillows, and blankets to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests will have full access to the entire condo, a private balcony, and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the bathroom for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. Guests can check in with a keypad entry. There is an elevator in the center of the courtyard for your convenience. Hosts will communicate with guests through messaging. This condo is located in the heart of downtown Wilmington. You're a short walk to all of the restaurants, shops, and bars that downtown has to offer, but still in a quiet area. The Riverwalk is right across the street as well. Guests should be able to walk anywhere that they would want to go downtown! Wrightsville and Carolina Beach are a short 25-30 minute car ride away as well. We do welcome up to 2 dogs during your stay. The first pet fee of $75 will be charged automatically at booking, so please message us directly if you are bringing a second as we'll send the $75 additional pet fee separately.
