The apartment is decorated in the style of Donald Judd’s legendary Spring Street Studio in NY. It uses a lot of natural materials like wood, chalk paint and marble, and is fully equipped for an inspiring life. Carefully decorated with art and design, everything is original. Those who know, know. Make yourself comfortable cooking up a meal in the open kitchen with table longue. There is a wood stove to make things extra cosy on colder days. You'll live at walking distance from the city center. The space You will be occupying the entire apartment which is over 120 square meters. The apartment consists of a central hallway on ancient tiles. The hallway gives out onto the spacious living quarters with open kitchen, dining area with table longue, salon with a Borge Mogensen Daybed, record player and wood stove. From the hallway you will also have access to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom has an endless walk in shower on Winkelmann tiles, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer. There is a second bathroom at your disposal with a bath, sink and toilet. Guest access There is a collection of LP records at your disposal that contains large sections of Jazz, Reggae and Soul music. Please handle with utmost care. You can use everything that's around, and there's much more than needed. if you're planning to cook, you'll only need to buy main ingredients, everything else will be around.
