Apartment in an old house

Apartment "4" inside the old "El Patio de las Glicinas" mansion, fully recycled. Loft with integrated living room and kitchen, and bedroom on the top floor. Ideal for couples. Very quiet, safe and quiet area in front of the square and close to shops and banks, a few blocks from the historic neighborhood and one block from the beach. Here are some instructions or tips: - The building's entrance door is heavy and secure and should not be locked from the inside: it opens by simply turning the doorknob. - The apartment is not recommended for small children, as the staircase has no railing and those on the upper floor do not offer sufficient protection. -It has 1 Queen Bed that is formed by joining 2 twin beds - The water heater provides excellent hot water, but given its limited capacity, it is advisable to wait at least 20 minutes between showers to allow it to recharge. - The refrigerator is under the counter and does not have a freezer. It does have a freezer. - The apartment has very good Wi-Fi. However, it is not specially equipped for a home office: it does not have a special place with a desk, chair, lamp, and printer. - For environmental reasons, we recommend using the air conditioners at 24º C. - The apartment does not have a washing machine and dryer and, during the stay, there is no provision for changing towels or sheets. Fun fact about the house: it was built around 1900 and retains the original structure and openings. At that time, the river flowed immediately behind its backyard. Other things to note The apartment does not have cable service. It is ready to connect the guest's own services (Netflix, Star+, Disney+, Amazon, PrimeVideo, etc.) through a smart TV.
