Upstairs is another bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m wide) and another bathroom with shower and toilet. The living and dining room with a cozy seating area and dining room table with five seats, a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, stove with oven, fridge and a guest room with folding bed complete the upper floor. A baby travel cot and a high chair are also available. Satellite TV and free Wi-Fi are of course available. The furnished, sheltered and covered terrace with a grill invites you to linger. The property is completely fenced with an approx. one meter high wooden fence. Parking spaces are right in front of the house. The location is within walking distance (approx. 300 meters). Here you will find, in addition to the sights, three supermarkets, smaller stores and two restaurants. Our vacation home is located as a separate part on our property on Galgenhügel next to the main house. You are welcome to bring your dog for 5 euros per night. Upon arrival, the visitor's tax is payable in cash. The bed linens and towels can be booked. Dornum is the main town of the municipality of Dornum. A small and manageable village with many opportunities for shopping (3 supermarkets, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, veterinarian, 2 restaurants and 3 bakeries) and for excursions (castle, palace and church). Excursions: excursions to the neighboring towns on the lake from Emden to Hooksiel (entire East Frisian coast). The hinterland also offers many and varied excursion options, such as the Eternal Sea (raised bog), Warfendörfer, museums (e.g. Teemuseum Norden, Seehundstation Norden, etc.) and other excursion destinations.
