Rooftop Oceanview Beach House - 5Bedrms & 4Bathrms

Our beautiful two-story beach house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. My best spot is the rooftop balcony where I love to start my mornings by enjoying the ocean view and fresh breeze. It only takes a few steps to get to the beach at the end of our street. It feels like you have your own quiet beach area to relax. You can also take a short walk on the beach to the famous Cocoa Beach Pier for food, drinks, ice cream and other entertainments. The space Our 3,900sf house is a 2-story unit with a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and rooftop balcony access. There is a large guest bedroom on the first floor. Master bedroom, the In-law suite, and 2 other bedrooms are on the second floor. The In-law suite has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. its own living room, and a full equipped kitchen. This gives more privacy for a group that is traveling with grandparents or a group with 2 families, and yet everyone still stays together. We want our guests to feel comfortable and sleep well. If your group has more than 10 guests, there are a sofa bed in the first-floor bedroom. In the In-law suite, it also has a double futon and a fold-out sofa lounge. Those are available to accommodate an additional 2 adults and 2 children. Each floor has each own AC unit adequately and quickly provides comfort. A short walk (~200ft) to the beach. without crossing over any busy traffic road Plenty of parking on the premises. Mobile home can be parked on the premises as well. ***No pet allowed in our place nor on the beach period. ***Gas grill is available. ***We do offer a discount for weekly and monthly stay. Guest access Our house is completely accessible for you except one single door garage at the far back which it is our private storage. For your safety, do not access in there. It's only just a 1-minute walk from our house to the beach. Beach chairs, toys, and cooler inside the other garage are available for guests to use. Just please put them back where they were and clean off sand after used. Our side driveway and front driveway can be parked up to 6 cars maximum. Other things to note Our home was just refreshed up with a new Spanish Sand exterior paint color. Therefore, some pictures may appear in the old paint color. Also, the master bathtub is used for bathing only. The jacuzzi pump is not running.
