On-street parking in front of home Noise Please note, this property is a semi-detached bungalow, with neighbours adjoining. Therefore, loud music and excessive noise are not permitted at any time. Please be respectful of the neighbours on both sides of the property. There is a sound monitor installed to monitor sound levels (inside and outside) and any excessive noise will incur a fine of 150 pound. The hot tub is not to be used after 10pm, and music and excessive noise is not permitted after 11pm. Groups aged under 30 are not permitted, and the house is more suited to family groups. The hut is approx. a 10-minute walk away, with deck and views out to sea. Two pets allowed — please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged. On-street parking in front of the home, please be mindful and do not park over the kerbs. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes, the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons, please do not use any candles in the property. Please ensure you read the hot tub instructions before using, and shower before and after using the hot tub for safety reasons. The hot tub is managed by a specialist, so please do not add your own chemicals, and please ensure the lid is closed when not in use. Please note the hot tub will be maintained on a regular basis, so please do not be alarmed if you see someone in the garden attending to this.
